Who we are
Nick Guilbeau, PT, DPT
Nick is deeply passionate about sports-related injuries and dedicated to helping athletes regain function or maintain peak health throughout their season, ensuring they continue to compete at the highest level. Nick’s focus lies primarily with post-op sports-related knee injuries, overhead throwing athletes and other orthopedic related conditions (acute and chronic). Nick firmly believes physical therapy should be tailored to each individual—not just their diagnosis but also their unique activity limitations—so they can return to doing what they love with confidence and strength.
Outside the clinic, Nick is an avid football fan, proudly supporting his alma mater, the OCS Eagles, from the sidelines every Friday night. Above all, Nick has faith and hope in Christ. Nick’s wife and three children are his greatest joy and motivation in life.
Hannah Guilbeau, PT, DPT
With a passion for restoring strength and function, Hannah thrives on treating patients managing orthopedic and pelvic health conditions. She combines expert knowledge with a compassionate approach to create personalized treatment plans that address not only pain and mobility issues but also enhance overall quality of life. Her dedication to staying at the forefront of innovative techniques ensures every patient receives bold, effective care that empowers them to reclaim their independence and confidence.
Hannah grew up in Monroe, LA where she went to high school at Riverfield Academy. Hannah went on to graduate from the University of Louisiana at Monroe with a Bachelors in Kinesiology in 2014. She graduated Physical Therapy school along side her husband, Nick from LSUHSC-Shreveport in 2017. Hannah and Nick have three children: Adelaide, Ava and Jax. Hannah thrives on quality time with her children, finds strength and peace in working out, and she finds joy in Christ. Traveling with her family adds adventure to her life, fueling her passion for creating lasting memories together.
